Our spherical particles are strong enough to survive injection molding. They provide improved flow and handling properties in a variety of applications. Unlike irregularly shaped fillers, spherical particles do not adversely affect the viscosity of resin systems.

Because of their composition, 3AB glass spheres exhibit low oil absorption, which makes our products very cost effective. The glass beads also resist stains and thermal degradation.

The physical properties of finished parts can be further improved by using 3AB glass spheres coated with functional silanes. The coating results in better adhesion between sphere and resin.
